Registration and Payment:
To secure your spot in the Agile Fundamentals Training course, you must complete the registration process and pay the course fees in full prior to the training start date. We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Cancellations and Refunds:
If you need to cancel your registration, you must do so in writing via email to info@helloagile.com. Cancellations received more than 14 days before the course start date will be eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations received within 14 days of the course start date will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may transfer your registration to another participant or a future course date at no additional cost.
Course Rescheduling:
Hello Agile LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will be given the option to transfer their registration to a future course date or receive a full refund.
Intellectual Property:
All course materials provided by Hello Agile LLC are protected by copyright and are for personal use only. Participants are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use the materials for commercial purposes without the express written consent of Hello Agile LLC.
Confidentiality:
During the course, participants may share information related to their organizations or projects. All participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not to disclose it to any third party without the express written consent of the disclosing party.
Liability:
Hello Agile LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Agile Fundamentals Training course, including but not limited to any loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data.
